Career Empowerment & Training

We provide training opportunities, as well as signpost to firms offering career development and retraining for mothers looking to return to work or switch careers.

Workshops & Events

We organize educational workshops on a variety of topics, including mental health, financial literacy, self-care, parenting, and career transitions.

What Our Mums Say

"I am very grateful to God for the sponsor. As a single mum who is currently out of work, receiving the £100 was very helpful for me. I couldn't be more grateful for this initiative in the Mum Pillar Community."

Jennifer Brighton

"My first experience with the community was a physical meeting organised by Dr Mo ( founder) and I immediately knew it’s a place I want to belong. I have been wholly blessed through series of teachings on finances , spirituality, health and wellness. I look forward to our prayer meetings too. I highly recommend this community to women in the United Kingdom who want to belong to a group of purposeful and supportive women."

Dr. Adeola Leicester

"It is not just a community but it’s a family pillar. You can share, get help and be connected to the right people when you need help ASAP. Everyone is amazing despite never meeting anyone in person. This is a big thank you to the founder Mo(that is what I call her😊)for all you do for us. You’re deeply appreciated. God bless you Ma’am."

Grace Rotherham

"The community’s unwavering support has been a constant source of comfort, and I am thankful for the friendships and connections I have made here. Moreover, the community’s generosity extended to sponsoring my project management training, an opportunity that has significantly enhanced my professional skills and opened new doors for my career."

"When I came into the UK as a new Immigrant, I was depressed, I didn’t know where to start from with two toddlers but the support I received from this community was so much. Then to my business, I am a Baker in Nigeria &when I joined the group, Mo patronised me for the first time and that opened doors for me. A lot of people have been patronising me from the group, and I have gotten referrals from the group as well."

Ugoeze Leicester

"I am particularly grateful for the opportunity to use my skills to serve amazing mums like myself. I love the fact that there’s always something edifying and enriching to look forward to. Be it a simple advice from a mum casually shared on the platform on a very unassuming day or a well curated session packed with expert knowledge. It’s a true haven where there is no fear, hate, judgement, hypocrisy.....just love, acceptance, encouragement and support ALWAYS!"

Bunmi Akande Leicester

"The Mumpillar community has been a home for me. I found Mama Mo on IG, went through her contents and loved it, from there I joined her WhatsApp group. This beautiful community is filled with lovely mamas who are always ready to help in all aspects, ready to answer your questions, ready to check on you and always willing to support every member of the group. I must say being a part of this community is a huge blessing money can definitely not buy."
